St. Al's Place is the historic home of the St. Aloysius Orphanage, which has a rich history of serving children in the Cincinnati community, initiating charitable works first in 1832. Today, it remains the home of the main campus of St. Aloysius, an integrated network of mental health and special education resources for kids in southwest Ohio, but the 17 acre site has also welcomed new private and nonprofit businesses.
Current tenants include Learning Through Art, Inc., Brick Gardens, iDream Academy, and Partners India. Nearly 8,000 divisible finished square feet still available!
